Everyone’s therapeutic journey is different; however, therapy usually starts weekly and overtime becomes bi-weekly depending on how you’re feeling. The therapist could suggest or propose activities; however, it is your choice to decide what is best for you. No advice is given.
Treatment is composed of a series of goals you create with the therapist, your willingness to apply what you’ve learned outside of therapy, recommendations from the therapist, sometimes getting evaluated by other professionals and your consistency in attending session.
